Referral Program

We offer a fee for each company you refer who becomes a MOUNTAIN SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES client, and each qualified individual you refer to us that we are successful in placing. This program is carried out under the strictest confidentiality.

The company pays the fee, and there is no charge to the candidate. It is all based on a percentage of the first year's salary.
